Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use Adkeet to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
• Deceptive or fraudulent content (e.g., fake endorsements, scam ads).
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Malware, phishing, or other malicious content.

2. AI Provider Restrictions

Adkeet uses Atlas Cloud for AI generation. In addition to our own policies, you must comply with our providers' terms. Specifically:

• No realistic deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their explicit documented consent.
• No content that infringes third-party intellectual property — including generating content that copies or closely imitates copyrighted works, trademarks, or brand identities.
• Provider commercial-use terms may restrict how you use generated outputs. Adkeet does not grant rights beyond what our providers permit.

3. Intellectual Property & Likeness

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outputs do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
• Do not use prompts that reference specific brand names, celebrity likenesses, or copyrighted characters unless you have legal authorization.
• Adkeet provides no guarantee that outputs are free of IP, trademark, or likeness issues.

4. Uploaded Assets

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any assets you upload to Adkeet. You are solely responsible for any claims arising from your uploaded content.

5. System Abuse

• No automated scraping or programmatic access outside of provided APIs.
• No rate abuse — circumventing rate limits, creating multiple accounts to bypass quotas, or exploiting free tier credits.
• No reverse engineering of the Service or its AI models.
• No interference with the Service's infrastructure, performance, or availability.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations.
• Suspension: Temporary account restriction while we investigate.
• Termination: Permanent account closure. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
• Reporting: We may report illegal content to relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this AUP without notice.
