1. AI-Generated Outputs

All images, videos, and creative assets produced by Adkeet are generated by AI models (currently powered by Atlas Cloud). These outputs are not created, reviewed, or curated by humans before delivery to you.

2. Review Before Publishing

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them in any context. This includes checking for:

• Accuracy and appropriateness of the content.
• Compliance with advertising platform policies.
• Potential intellectual property or trademark issues.
• Cultural sensitivity and brand alignment.

3. No Guarantee of Performance

Adkeet makes no guarantee regarding:

• Accuracy: AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or factual inaccuracies.
• Ad performance: We do not guarantee click-through rates, conversions, ROAS, or any advertising metric.
• Platform approval: Generated ads may not meet the policies of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, or any other advertising platform. Approval is solely at each platform's discretion.

4. No IP/Trademark/Likeness Guarantee

AI models may inadvertently generate content that resembles existing copyrighted works, trademarks, brand identities, or real people's likenesses. Adkeet does not guarantee that outputs are free of such issues. You are responsible for:

• Verifying that outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
• Obtaining necessary permissions or licenses.
• Compliance with right-of-publicity laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Ownership of Outputs

• Subject to our AI providers' terms, you own the outputs you generate using Adkeet.
• Adkeet may store and process your outputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Adkeet does not claim ownership of your outputs.

6. Provider Commercial-Use Restrictions

Adkeet uses third-party AI providers (including Atlas Cloud) whose terms may restrict how generated content can be used commercially. Adkeet does not promise more ownership or commercial-use rights than our providers allow. It is your responsibility to review and comply with applicable provider terms.

7. Uploaded Assets

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any assets you upload to Adkeet. You are solely liable for any claims arising from uploaded content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. AI Labeling Requirements

Some jurisdictions and advertising platforms require that AI-generated content be labeled as such. It is your responsibility to comply with applicable labeling laws and platform policies in your jurisdiction.
