Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Adkeet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Adkeet. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you may not use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

4. Credit System

  • Credits are purchased or granted through subscriptions and are used to generate AI content.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle.
  • Purchased credit packs do not expire.
  • When credits run out, you cannot generate content until you purchase more or your subscription renews.

5. AI-Generated Content

  • All outputs produced by Adkeet are AI-generated.
  • There is no guarantee of accuracy, quality, ad performance, or approval by any advertising platform (including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Google).
  • You must review all outputs before publishing or distributing.
  • We make no guarantee that outputs are free of intellectual property, trademark, or likeness issues.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to the terms of our AI providers, you retain ownership of outputs you generate. However:

  • Adkeet may store and process your content to operate and improve the Service.
  • Our AI providers (including Atlas Cloud) have their own commercial-use terms. We do not promise more ownership rights than those providers allow.
  • You must own or have appropriate rights to all assets you upload.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Use of Adkeet is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Payment Terms

  • Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and auto-renew unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. In summary: 7-day window, unused credits only, abuse exceptions apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADKEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
