Refund Policy

1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a credit pack or starting a subscription. After 7 days, purchases are final.
2. Credit Usage Cap
Refunds are only available if you have used 20% or fewer of the credits from that purchase. If more than 20% of credits have been used, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
3. No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used credit packs. Refunds are all-or-nothing within the eligibility criteria above.
4. Abuse Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Multiple refund requests from the same account.
- Suspicious usage patterns (bulk generation followed by refund request).
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for policy violations.
- Chargebacks filed before contacting us directly.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- There is no proration — you retain access until the period ends.
- Unused subscription credits at cancellation are not refunded.
6. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a system error (not user input), credits are automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact us for these refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund
- Email privacy@adkeet.ai with your account email and purchase details.
- Or use the self-serve refund option in your account settings (where available).
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Results Not Guaranteed
AI-generated outputs may not meet your expectations. Dissatisfaction with AI output quality alone is not grounds for a refund outside the above criteria. See our AI Content Disclaimer.
